RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items that qualify for returns include: unopened and unused skincare, makeup, hair and body products. 

Items that DO NOT qualify for returns include: grocery items, perfumes, all ingestible items, tools, devices, ceramics, objects, dry brushes, facial rollers, toothbrushes, tongue scrapers, makeup brushes and books. All sales items and international orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 


RETURN AND REFUND INSTRUCTIONS

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened or used. Gently used products may be eligible for store credit.

1. Contact heybeautiful@capbeauty.com within 7 business days of receiving your item. Please include the following in your email: name, date of purchase, order number and reason for return.

2. If you are reporting a damaged or defective item, please include photo evidence in your email and we will gladly process your refund. No need to ship back damaged items.

3. Our customer service team will respond with a return label. Please secure the return label clearly on the outside of the package.

4. Ship package back to our warehouse within 21 days from date of purchase. Please be aware that this INCLUDES shipping time. Any returns received after the 21 day period will NOT be accepted.

5. Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer and a $10 fee will be deducted from the total refund/store credit once we process the return.

 

Please note that we reserve the right to decline refunds for any reason and we do not offer returns for international orders at this time. All international orders are final sale.




LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

All orders by default include Route shipping insurance, which is added to your cart at checkout for 2.5% of your order value. This will cover your package against loss, theft or damage. We strongly recommend this option, especially for high valued orders. If you would prefer to opt out of coverage, you can do so via the toggle button at the bottom of the checkout screen.

 

If your package is lost, stolen or damaged and you DID NOT protect it with Route, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

 


ORDER CHANGE REQUESTS

If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped please promptly email heybeautiful@capbeauty.com. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit, in this event please contact the carrier and reference your tracking number for any special delivery requests.

CAP Beauty cannot add additional items to your order or process credit card payments over the phone.

 


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

The inventory on our site should be up-to-date, but sometimes due to high demand, mistakes happen and an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In this case we will refund you for the missing item and contact you by email to see if you’d like us to ship the order incomplete. We will gladly help you find a replacement product and will provide alternative suggestions whenever possible. Once the missing item is back in stock, you will automatically be notified via email.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Online orders are processed within 3 business days.

We offer free ground shipping in the domestic US on orders over $150.00, international orders excluded.

 

We also offer expedited shipping options which can be selected at checkout for an additional charge. Expedited orders are processed within 1 business day. Our flat rates are:

 

UPS Ground on orders over $150: FREE

UPS Ground on orders under $150: $10.00

UPS 2nd Day Air: $60.00

USPS Media Mail on orders over $150: FREE

USPS Media Mail on orders under $150: $10.00

 

All orders are shipped UPS except for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska as well as books. We ship all books media mail, which takes a bit longer than first class and priority but rest assured it will get to you, thanks to the USPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

 

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

 

If you notice any delays or issues while tracking your package please contact the carrier for help. We are not able to provide additional insight on packages once they are en route.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We work with Flavorcloud to ship our products internationally. A complete list of the countries we ship to can be found at checkout.

All duties and taxes are charged upfront at checkout and will be paid along with your shipping. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. Flavorcloud handpicks the optimal carrier based on your location to provide you with the lowest shipping rates while ensuring a safe and timely delivery.

Promotional offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.

All sales items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
