Marrying heirloom grains (all gluten-free!) from Koda Farms, Anson Mills and Montana Farms with our CAP pink salt and a spice blend from Diaspora Co. — Peni Miris cinnamon, Anamalai nutmeg, Baraka cardamom, Anamalai mace, Makhir ginger, Kandyan cloves and Aranya white pepper — this nutrient dense, naturally gluten-free mix is one that tastes good and does the body good. Instructions

For 1 1/2 cup pancake mix, use 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon melted butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

For entire bag of pancake mix, use 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons melted butter and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

    Seasonal perfection

    The fluffiest, tastiest, hit the spot GF pancakes out there. Love the spin of pumpkin spice and the original mix. These are now staples in the pantry and make home Sunday jazz breakfasts in the family kitchen so easy I can still sleep in a bit.
